I am a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists and the Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
I offer a free, no obligation telephone consultation. I also offer an initial assessment. This includes taking a case history, formal/informal assessment as appropriate, feedback and a report. Initial assessment is likely to take about 60-90 minutes (depending on your child and individual situation). Therapy sessions are also offered. These include time working with your child, resources for practise and a discussion with you.
Assessment and therapy sessions can take place at your home or in your child's nursery/school. Clinic appointments (based in Smiles Plus Clinic, Armadale) may also be available on Friday afternoons. Sessions will take place on mutually-agreed dates/times.
All session fees include travel expenses within a 15 mile radius. If travelling outside this distance, expenses will be charged at 40p per mile after this.
Fees are charged following guidelines issued by the Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice.
Initial Assessment (60-90 minutes) - £80
Therapy Session (45-60 minutes) - £40
